Home to one of the 50 Wonders of the World and founded in the 1800's, Oracle is rich with history and scientific research.

Biosphere 2

The world-famous 'living laboratory' for environmental research is a few miles west of Oracle. Owned by the University of Arizona, it serves as a center for research and learning about Earth and its living systems. Reservations are not needed for groups of fewer than 20 visitors. The introductory tour is available daily during operating hours.

Acadia Ranch Museum

A historic building on the National Register and home to the Oracle Historical Society. Oracle’s rich history is showcased through exhibits, photographs, artifacts, and other treasures inside and outside the Museum.

Oracle State Park

In addition to being an outdoor adventure destination, Oracle State Park is a designated International Dark Sky Park and has become Oracle's center for astronomy. Further, the Kannally House offers a glimpse into Oracle's ranching history.
